Give him a bath if he smells. There's also "dry shampoo" for those times when he just needs a touch up. He can't be a cross breed between a dog and a cat...he's all canine.

I think you should be pleased! My 3 cats are much cleaner-smelling than our 2 dogs. And they don't roll in "doggie perfume"!
