First relating to the Earth being flat the bible does no longer say that. human beings already believed that as quickly as they heard the Bible and so misinterpreted some passages: the 4 corners of the international are the 4 cardinal factors, the principles are the forces that preserve the earth, the circle is the ecuador. relating to the earth being in the middle of the Universe, no you are able to nevertheless incredibly say no count if this is or no longer on the grounds which you have a shifting equipment interior yet another shifting section interior yet another shifting equipment.... etc. so which you are able to't verify if some thing has absolute action, or somethings absolute place. The section with being in the centre in all hazard replaced right into a misinterpretation of the earth being the main intense concern in the universe (the only planet with existence...duhhh) . And the Ecclesiastes says some thing fairly elementary and actual: the sunlight consistently rises from the East and is going down on the West. you are able to examine with a compass in case you haven't got faith.

Isaiah 40:22 says the earth is a circle, not a globe. Circles are flat. That same verse from Isaiah says that the heavens are like a tent or canopy spread over the earth, which, again, would imply the earth is flat, like a tent spread over flat ground. Read your scripture before you quote it, people.
As for the Sun, you are referring to Galileo being presecuted by the Catholic church for saying thatthe earth revolves around the sn, in apparent contradiction of biblical descriptionsof the Sun moving across the sky (and in fact, being stopped there during a battle). Evangelicals will simply use that bit of history as evidence of Catholic inferiority to Protestants.

The bible says the world was a circle it was man that said it was flat. No where in the bible (our guide) does it say the sun revolved around the earth.
This was man's doing.

The world is round just like God created it and all the rest of the universe. It was ignorant, prideful men that stated it was flat. We can never be as intelligent as God. Have you seen any person figure out how to create a solar system by just speaking it into existence? Wow, kinda makes us look small, huh?God is so awesome that we can't even comprehend the awesomeness he created!

NO and NO. The Bible uses figurative imagery just like everyone else does and it has to be interpreted in context with a dose of common sense.
in actuality, the world is located on the back of a giant turtle...

I thought those issues were resolved centuries ago? Perhaps the proper question for non-believers should be "What came first, the chicken or the egg?"
