The biggest guess here would be, who would end up fighting Castillo? Ricky is out of his league. Ricky has looked horrible since he came to the States. Callazo and Urango both showed the Ricky is complete British Hype with little or no substance. Castillo is about four fights past his prime, but would still have no problem beating Ricky, aside from Ricky's notorious head and elbows. The one weapon Ricky has needed since making his American debut, he can't use and that is is buddy referee Micky Vans, watch Ricky's fight against Kosta and you'll see what I'm writing about, not once was he warned by Micky "To stop using his head or elbows" or to "Quit pulling your opponent back to the ropes.

The general boxing public knows that Castillo beat Mayweather in their first bout, and it was gift decision by the judges to Floyd that he won that fight, the second fight Floyd clearly beat Castillo for whatever the reason. So mentally Floyd knows he already has a loss to Castillo regardless of what the record states.

If Floyd were to fight against Jose Luis this time, I really don't feel that Castillo can beat him. Castillos battles with the scales have taken their toll on him, and he is a shot fighter, not shot to the extent where Hatton will beat him, but shot in the respect where any of the top five guys beats him.

So with that written above De La Hoya Stops Castillo in 5 rounds.

Thanks for the question.
