It is traditionally attributed to second-century Kabbalist Rabbi NachumYa ben Hakana but this is not universally accepted.

It is attributed to the Tana Rabi Nehunya ben Hakana.

If there is any conflict in this regard, I had not heard, but I will try to check.

I see where Dave P copied the misspelling, http://www.kabbalahgroup.org/articles/anabkoach.html .

That is really an inexcusable error, but of course its source is a very strange group of pseudo-kabbalists who have been thoroughly discredited by the knowledgeable Jewish community, so that I would think that Dave P is not at fault for the quoted material.

It just goes to show how careful we must be with material we encounter on the Web.

It was certainly written by a Falastinian.
