how do you system restore?

I already created a system restore point the other day, when i wanted to system restore the computer to that day, it said there that system cannot be restored... how should i restore the pc to that day then?

DO NOT PUT IN THE SYSTEM DISK!!!

start windows
click start
all programs
accessories
system tools
system Restore
choose a date to restore to and let windows do the work.

Try and put in your system disk and do a restore when it asks you.

do you have mcafee? if so pray now. the only things that gets rid of mcafee completly is AVG.
