if Judaism came after a person name, and christianity came after "christ". then what is Islam? why isn't called Muhammadisim for example?

thing is islam is not concerned to only muslims and it does not belong to a particular person because it is a true religion islam preaches allah is one and mohammed is prophet for mankind thats it and you are a muslim the other things people of buddha buddhist
so atleast this is enough to you to understand so dont waste time and bring islam in your life this is the only way to heaven

Islam is a religion that was made out of anger,hatred and resentment of Abraham's decision to name Isaac as his seed instead of Ishmael.
Look at the word Islam and look at the name of Ishmael and you will see the resemblance.
Muhammed was a political & military leader who was also a murderous religious fanatic who waged war against anyone who didn't bow down to Allah,a god in which was created by Ishmael

I didn't know either so I went and looked it up ... a previous poster is incorrect, Islam does not mean peace. Here's what the Online Etymology Dictionary said:

Islam came 400 years after Christ, therefore they are just another anti-christ religion, since they denide that Jesus was the Son of God, & the messiah.

I presume Islam comes from Ismael, the son of Agar and Abraham. He was conceived out of wedlock, as Abraham's wife, Sarah could not have children and Agar was her servant so she advised her husband to have an heir... Silly situation...but that is why they have so much anger...Agar was sent away because she despised her masters after she became pregnant...The Jihad is fought to gain back that position of heir...probably...
