With regards to "medicine". I'm assuming you mean steroids. If you are under the age of 21, don't even think of touching them. Steroids have a negative effect on a body that is still growing naturally, in that they stop you from growing taller, permanently.
I obviously don't know how tall you are, but if you are still growing, you will regret it later.
I have been bodybuilding for more than 12 years, and I've seen some young guys that have taken steroids that look really funny because they are short but muscular. The major reason they look strange is because their bodies are not in proportion. Mostly they have short legs and a normal size upper body.
If you are over 21 and want to take steroids, make sure you talk to someone who knows what they are doing. Don't just start taking whatever you can get your hands on. You are manipulating your body's biology, and there are serious side effects, including impotence (you won't be able to have sex), liver and kidney failure (you will die)and baldness.
