Well friend tha only way i can tell you is that please make use of warm water mixed with salt in more content and start gargling it and be sure not to swallow the water. Ofcourse it's not dangerous in swallowing the water but it may cause vomitting if u swallow such high salt content water.

But the only best way i can tell you is this thing
we cannot assure that by taking some gels it can be reduced
so better follow this..............
It definitely shows an effect on mouth ulcers

Based on my own experience I'd say your best bet is to up your vitamin C intake. If yo're not already doing so, have a generous helping of fruit juice every day. I developed a tendency to get mouth ulcers at one time when it was difficult to afford enough fruit and veg, but I stopped getting them as soon as I put that one right.

I always use a proprietary ointment such as bonjela. Stings like mad for 2 or 3 seconds then dulls the pain of the ulcer away.
I often find they occur if i eat too many sweet things .....

You can't really other than waiting them out. Rinse frequently with salt water. If you have had one longer than a week or they have spread all over your mouth see your doctor. You can get a mouth wash from your doctor that will numb them or you can buy a numbing gel from the pharmacy.
Causes can be stress, smoking, too much sugar/salt or kissing someone that has them.

Bonjella is good for mouth ulcers - or just swill TCP round in your mouth.

I suffer from them as well. After eating food, rinse your mouth using bicarbonate of soda dissolved in a small amount of water

Bonjella is ok, but for something stronger I would use Anbesol. It hurts like crap but the nasty little thing is dead in minutes.
