Eye twitching can also be caused by stress and or too much caffeine ie: soda, coffee, etc. Try relaxing and cutting down on the caffeine during the day and none at night.

Give it a rest. Take some cold tea bags if you imbibe or a few slices of cucmbers or a cool wet cloth and lay it over your eyes for 10 minutes. It is from reading too much.

Sometimes nerves twitch with no apparent cause. Sorta like hiccups. Just get thru it and it will pass.
