Hmph. There are some very silly and unhelpful people on this thread. :(

I have no idea how quickly they deliver. If it's urgent, you could try asking in cigar/tobacco shops, fancy posh off-licences, and maybe delis/healthfood shops. (I've only found the cigarettes in those places so far, but you might get lucky).

in the UK it may be hard you would have to be in America to get your hands on some of it
in America it's only sold at specialty tobacco and cigar shops every small town in most states in the USA has it and you'd need to know someone here in the states who could get it for you and be able to afford the shipping costs to send it to the UK and even then that takes a few weeks due to the time it takes to scan it for bio viruses, illicit street drugs and items considered "contraband" by both countries even if it could be done good luck getting it there by next week
if it can be done (and it can by the way) it'd take 3-4 weeks maximun to get it to the UK due to tarriff and import laws
