I DID BIOCHEMISTRY TEST OF BLOOD RESULT IS GIVEN BELOW:-

CHOLESTEROL(CHOD-PAP) 264 mg/dl
HDL CHOLESTEROL(Enzymatic Clearance) 36 mg/dl

RESULT OF LDL CHOLESTEROL TEST IS GIVEN BELOW:-

METHOD :DIRECT ENZYMATIC CLEARANCE
TEST RESULT:178.0 mg%

I AM 43 YEAR OLD MALE. MY PRESENT WEIGHT IS 86 kgs. MY HEIGHT IS 5 ft & 8 inches(172 cms.)

PLEASE ADVICE SOME MEDICINES & EXCERCISE

You may not be able to get the total number into normal range with exercise alone. A lot of this is genetic.

You might however be able to get the LDL-HDL ratio fixed.

We're not talking about 3 days a week for 30 minutes nonsense, though. A friend of mine did it, but in the process worked up to 15 hours a week of swimming, cycling and running, and took his body fat down to about 6%.

He got everything to a level were the doc said he could hold off on the drugs, for now anyway.

I am taking these medicines as per the recommendation of a Cardiologist .
1) T.Stator(10 mg) : 0 -- 0 -- 1 ( to control cholestrol ? )

2)Ecosprin -- 150) : 0 -- 1 -- 0 ( to reduce blood cloting factor.

Worth consulting a cardiologist ,but what I have said are nonethess factual,actual,practical and useful to prolong the usefulness of life and living.
