These are helpful tips to help regenerate hair follicles, but they do not cure any underlying conditions, or stress-related hair loss.

* Try drinking this - blend bananas with honey, yoghurt & low-fat milk. A drink rich in biotin can help keep your crowning glory firmly rooted.

* Take dietary supplements such as Vitamin B6, zinc & saw palmetto. Supplements are useful when you can't get enough from natural food sources.

* Invert your head while you shampoo & massage your scalp. This helps promote blood circulation to the head.

* Eliminate stress or else it can be disastrous to your precious hair!

* Get enough sleep.

eating junk food can be incredibly bad for you. Eat more fruit and drink plenty of water.
Use the mildest shampoo possible and avoid the shampoo/conditioner two-in-one products. Baby shampoos are ideal.
Take a good multi-vitamin supplement. Codliver oil and evening primrose oil capsules are also recommended.
Consider aromatherapy, acupuncture or other alternative treatments to relieve any stress in your body.
If necessary then start using Rogaine and Propecia. The use of these products (especially Propecia) can visibly reduce and even stop (in some cases) the progress of hairloss. DO NOT begin using these products without having seen a doctor or trichologist.

Also use Henna a Indian herb that acts as a natural conditioner and is excellent for the maintenance of healthy hair. It can help heal the hair shaft by repairing and sealing the cuticle, protecting hair against breakage and loss of shine. i am giving you the same advise i gave to another girl hope it helps you.

It is normal to lose up to 100 hairs per day. But keep your hair in good shape by keeping the split ends trimmed, don't wash it too often and massage oil into your scalp once a week.

You would take care of your hair by not using products that damage your hair. And by washing it every other day and by greasing the scalp.
