I don't go into prayer with the attitude that prayer gets me my way. Prayer allows me to be humble along with praying for others. It's all up to God as far as what goes on from there because I know He is at work in everything and most will admit that sometimes it feels like the big ignore. Sometimes things come to me...do something about this including consulting my Bible...other times stand still. Ignoring either usually ends up a lesson to be learned.

I have far too too many to write about. Just remember to keep your prayers to your self. The bible talks about praying secretly in a closet. It then goes on to put down , how in the old days people babbled prayer on street corners. Also, don't pray out loud for you do not know what spirits are around. In Psalms, God said, "I created the ear, do you think I don't hear????"

Immediate:
I was down on my knees begging God to take away my pain of lonliness and suffering. My tears were falling onto my prayer rug so much it was damp. I was so upset because my much needed escape to England probably wouldn't happen since my renewed passport hadn't come back yet. Immediately after my prayer I felt such peace and love and warmth run through me. I just curled up and cherished it. The next day my passport came in the mail because my flight to England was leaving the day after.

I prayed for provision, a check(big one) came the next day in the mail.I've prayed for food at a time when I was out of work, someone brought me boxes and boxes of food the next day. I prayed for a car, within 10 days, someone gave me a Lincoln, town car. I prayed for healing(a mass in my breast). The next exam, it was gone. 3 of us(Christians) prayed for a friend to be delivered from many things, and 3 days later, he described what happened to him, and it was as if we were checking off, everything that we had prayed for. He didn't know that we were praying for him. God has answered so many prayers in my life, and He is faithful. Praying, according to His will. God loves me!
