If you are sure she loves you, then go ahead and ask her. try to do it the unconventional way, try not to do the dinner thing etc. think of mabye making it into a tressure hunt of sorts. make little cards with clues on for her to follow, and at the end of all this, have some flowers or a bottle or somthing like that and then go doen on your knee and ask her, if she says NO, then she does not love you, and then you can try to pick up your life and carry on.

why you want to propose will the relationship can be carried out fot a life time?only your heart start beating but the mind refuses to work. everything else other than the one you love will not seems to be important. the love what you call is just a FEELING. we feel hungry to eat, we feel thirsty to drink, etc love is also like a feeling. it is a temporary exhilaration. every man/women will under go 2 stages in cyclic manner(once in 3 or 4 months) emotional high stage(EHS) emotional low stage(ELS) when both the partners are in EHS they feel like they are in love. both will try to keep the love going by building a castle on feelings. after some time when they are in ELS they feel like not loving each other. it is called as "trapped syndrome" so why to FALL in love like falling in to a pit? instead of it why can't we GREW in love? true love is Commitment , will to stay togather AFTER MARRIAGE

hey dude, I hope I was in this situation I could make most out of it, well since u r sure that her answer is yes, then there isn't any tension for finding out ways of how to propose. Just go for it in some kind of a filmy style.

If you are sure, she loves you, then just tell her in simple words, that you love her and if she loves you back. Then to meet you in person so you can do the whole drama of getting down on bended knees.
If she does not love you, she wont meet you and you just have to feel bad about one phone call.

simple flirt with her friend then when she gets jealous tell her you love her and just wanted to see if she felt the same then propose to her.

Its prettty simple just express your feelings through a letter or through Phone, or if you are bold enough to say to her directly do it, But have eye 2 eye contact while talking to her, not somewhere else.
