The person in question isn't convicted yet.
Isn't it **** that between arrest and conviction they can go on getting away with it?

I would try to contact the children's parents,if possible, and let the police know. I think that a mean note would simply make him hide his actions from you, not stop doing them

I would wait get as much info as you possible can and then i would definatly report it. even if your wrong who cares at least you will be able to rest at night knowing you did what you could do. all the courage in the world to you. and keep your intuition open we need more people like you to see these sorts of things and might save more kids.

He can just delete it.

Contact the police. If he is out on release, they have a CO or PO to make sure he is legit. If not, they send his butt back.

I would inform the authorities because they are not supposed to have contacts with children like that.
