Yes, I have been home-schooling. In fact, I am now home-schooled and have been for 5 years. It is something that I enjoy and I have many friends. If you are worried about making friends(or having a child make friends) check to see if your state has a home-schooling department. Florida's department is FPEA(Florida Parent Educators Association or something like that[fpea.org]). From there you would click the link to support groups and choose one that is active and near where you live. Good luck on whatever you are trying to do!

it's great....I've never been to public school. In a way...there are some regrets. Like not having as many friends. But everyone thinks that homeschoolers are geeks and not sociable...and that's a little bit true. I mean...not to be offensive...but alot of homeschoolers ARE geeks. But for the most part...they're just like everyone else. I love being homeschooled...everything is at my own pace...I can do school wherever I want...whenever....I can choose extra activities that will look great on my college applications.

Yes, I was homeschooled for the last two years of high school (it ended up only taking a year). And now I am taking a career course online.

I am 15 I have been homeschooled since kindergarten and now I am in the 9th grade. My mom has homeschooled me and my 3 sisters through video programs, out of the book kinda things, and through just her teaching. I really enjoy it, well as much as you can enjoy school that is ; )

I HAVE!!! I've been home schooled by my mom for all my life. I'm in the 6th grade now. It's great!!! I get a GREAT education. And I have tons of friends! It's the greatest!!!
