I have an ex partner who has been living with a woman 20 years older who receives a payment from Centrelink and is claiming to Centrelink that they are living together as flatmates and friends and have been living together for 9 years. Assets are placed in her name and is deceiting me and his children.

centerlink cant do a thing if they declare as friends and living in the same house is the place their living in is own by your ex or his defacto or they are renting for your children sake apply a
child support is your ex asset known to you before you divorced if it is 9 nyears now i think you will have a hard times to claim for it

I have a hard time spelling guaranteed. I'm actually a really good speller, just never got the hang of that word for some reason, it's frustrating.

Yes. My tenants had me sign a form for their rent assistance BUT they did not pay me a cent of rent. So I kicked them out and I suspect they are still receiving rent assistance. I am just hoping that I am not incriminated.
