I am a 21 year old mature male that already has a career and a degree. I am currently dating at 34 year old woman. My main concern isn't the age factor, it's the fact that one day I will want to have a family. By the time I am ready to have kids, she'll be close to 40.
I'm looking to get people's views and opinions on the following:
A) Do you think it's wrong to date someone with a 14 year difference (Because I don't)
B) What do you think about woman having children around there 40's?
C) At what point do I know whether or not she's truley taking me seriously. I have a gut re-action, but older woman are smarter and much wisier than myself.

1) No, I don't think it is wrong, it is entirely up to the two individuals involved in the relationship.
2) That again is a totally personal choice, if a female wants to produce and carry a child after the age of 40 God bless her for her strength.
3) I would think that a women of that age is not playing games, she would be more settled and secure within herself to tell you what is on her mind and heart. There are exceptions tho this however. You would need to look at the individual you are dealing with and know their character. Of course men and women with a few more years experience are going to (hopefully) have learned some life lessons through experience that will grant them a little more wisdom.

Mate I don't really have any good news for you ! if you have a career and a degree chances are your only just starting - so all the best to you ! At her age she's looking for control, or a toy-boy, again control or someone with great earning potential who she can manipulate for her lifestyle, again control ! Believe me it gets old after a while - real old real quick !
Im 35 and single with a career and yes i want a family too ! but most women my age are either bitter, skepticle or out to play the field after a divorce and a lot dont want anymore kids - but i would still like to think i could have two ! so thats been my issue with women of her age !
Sh'e playing you man ! by the way they don't all vintage like fine wine, some just get saggy and you dont want that in 10-15 years at your age now ! focus on your career than do some travel that will open your mind and than find a lady you can be "true" with who is equal to you !

if it became any opposite direction around, no one might even care and it does no longer be an argument in any respect. men have women human beings 10-15 years youthful and that they dont even evaluate it being a project, in certainty they think of for some low self-worth reason that its cool to have a youthful spouse. if the guy you're relationship is powerful for you and finally takes an analogous direction as you, great! reckoning on how close you 2 are, after 4 months that is time for a communication. usually issues like that arise a lot quicker (my journey).

that's a difficult one.
There isnt anything wrong with dating somebody older, as long as you love each other. At 40, she can still conceive but there MIGHT be difficulties. sit her down and discuss your concerns. Probably she has been thinking about it too. Find out from her if she wants kids and if she sees you fathering them. Maybe that conversation will reveal other things and hopefully speed things up a bit.

ok i date a 40yr old , age is nothing, its the person, we dont want kids but if u do then be sure she would be fit to have ur kids, coz women in their 40's do have more complications than a 20 yr old!! the body isnt fit 2 produce babies, so get a health check from her??? Plus Does she want 2 have kids?? Ask & find out from each other if having kids could be a problem down the track!!

there is nothing wrong with the age thing.....however, you do raise a very good point about having children....there is nothing to say that she can't have a child at 40....but also keep in mind that it gets more difficult and more risky as we women get older....also, you may be emotionally at very different places by that time.....so talk to her about all these things...think long and hard and you will make the right decision...good luck

A) Age aint nothing but a number. sp it shouldn't bother you or her.
B) It is up to the woman herself, if she is willing to have kids at 40. that is something you will need to discuss with her.
C) When you both make a big decision together & she actually has faith in you

First of off you have answered your own question. She is to old to have a family with. And to make matters worse, she will end up divorcing you and taking all of your money and make you pay child support because she is wiser than your 21 degree having butt. That is how she caught you in the first place. Just have a good time with her, but see other people. If she complains tell her that it's you not her. I'm sure she has heard that before.
