Jesus led and did by example for he was baptized himself showing the need for it.
Baptism fulfills the will of GOD. It fulfills all righteousness.

Whether Jesus personally baptized is not the question but whether you are baptized fulfilling all righteousness.

John 4:1 When therefore the Lord knew how the Pharisees had heard that Jesus made and baptized more disciples than John,
John 4:2 (Though Jesus himself baptized not, but his disciples,)
John 4:3 He left Judea, and departed again into Galilee.

The Bible does not say specifically that Jesus performed any baptisms in water, it does tell that He promised that his followers would be sent the Holy Spirit to baptize them into his fold spiritually.

Guess the answer is yes and no.
