God of course is there. But he is not here to play magics or tricks. The world that he has created is fine. He is not concerned with what we think is right or wrong. He is only concerned with blessing a yearning soul. He is neither for the kings nor is he for the beggars. He has nothing to do with a democracy nor has he anything to do with autocracy. He is beyond our perception. So instead of thinking what is right or what is wrong, we should ask him to make a meeting place with a true saint. The saint will explain to us everything.

SOME QUESTIONS TO GOD

1. Why don't you show yourself? You supposedly made us and want us to believe in you, right? Why the big mystery? You're also omnipresent, right? Why don't you show yourself to all of us at once and have a personal discussion with us? You can pick the date and time, we'll all stop what we are doing, I'm sure.

2. If you made all the creatures on earth, why do you like us to kill animals for you in sacrifice? Why does this make you happy?

3. Why are their so many conflicting religions? Did you make man so screwed up that he cannot hear the 'true' word of God... yours? Every religion that exists today and every one that has existed throughout history has professed that THEIRS is the only true religion. Did you come to Earth as Zeus once? Did you make all these religions because you thought certain societies could only understand certain concepts? What about the Jews? The Muslims? The Baptists? The New Adventists? The Mormons, Hindus, Incas, Mayans, Protestants, Apaches, Buddhists, Methodists, Gideons, Greeks, Quakers? The Catholics (American, European, South American, etc.)? Were you just looking for some diversity or is it just a childish game to see who will follow the 'right' religion? Which is the 'right' religion? I'm sure many denominations would REALLY like to know that they're worshipping the 'wrong' God, don't you?

4. If there are so many religions and each thinks their beliefs are the only right ones and that everyone else is wrong, then most people are wrong - and if one religion is right, most people on the planet consider that one wrong. So which religion is the one that is right?

5. Why is there war? How does it agree with "Thou Shalt Not Kill"? Why are there so many wars in Your Name?

6. Why did you make us such sinful creatures? You are all-powerful and all-knowing, right? Why did you give us the ability to do things you call sinful? Why, then, do you punish us for doing exactly what you created us to do?

7. If you created the earth and mankind, why are you letting us wipe out your creations? Is it that 'free-will' thing? We're killing this planet. Why don't you save it? Why don't you save us from ourselves? I mean, we're just doing what you made us capable of doing, right?

I will be impressed if this question survives!! I asked the same question, and it was reported by religious zealots and fanatics as spam or offensive and it was removed. I look forward to the replies you are going to get, you are opening a big can of worms- and there are many on this site who will answer with spite, intolerance, fanaticism, hatred and weirdness, others will answer with compassion, fairness and belief, or non-belief. But it really will show what 'mankind' is really like.
Enjoy!!

I do not believe in any 'gods' or 'messiahs' - i believe religion is a basis for a moral code to a way of existing and living in peace, harmony and tolerance. Most religions have been 'twisted' by 'man' to create a culture of fear and intolerance - to gain power and control. Look at the 'church'; and the wealth it hordes, yet what about the people without food, people who have suffered terrible distasters and need help, have they helped? (If they have let me know), but I have yet to see evidence of it.
And if 'God' truly existed, why then do we have all this war, bloodshed, hatred, anger, intolerance and racism on this planet? Why is the earth dying, animals becoming extinct, global warming? Surely a 'god' would remedy these things?

life is a pattern, even with its chaos. ask yourself is there anything in this life without a source? children come from the wombs of their mothers or a biological process, plants come from seeds, fire is initiated by a cause, earth is the formation of elements that form its source, a bed is made by a carpenter. for every product there is a source- a maker. you, what is your source? with all the complexity of the brain, the body cells, the feelings, the invisible soul, the memories...that's too complicated for nothingness. this is where i see there is God. Things around us are far more complicated to assume that they came by chance. if so how no man managed to create a human by chance? and science was devised to try to understand the complexity of a system beyond our powers. i havent seen a man who created a sun, an ocean that responds to the moon, the millions of microorganisms. but in the end, it is a matter of heart, consult your heart and mind

Yes God is there...God invites us to approach him as a child approaches a loving father. Seeking and finding God requires consistent and purposeful prayer.....There is no height nor depth to which. God will not go to be with us,no matter where we are..... Draw close to God, and God will draw close to you...God overcame all barriers and laws of science to be with us when he sent his Son, Jesus to earth. Every moment of every day he still calls each of us to seek him. He absolutely will answer us when we seek him. When we live in harmony with the Lord, it is a joy and delight to linger in his presence. Love in Christ.....Josie

God is existing! I don't need to see God to believe, that's why its called faith. Once you have faith you can feel God in any aspects of your life.
