Hey, the answer is that spots on the chin are caused by hormonal imbalances. So around the time of your peroid they might be worse. I always thought it wouldn't affect adults so much but apparently it does which is a shame.
Go to www.perfectskindirect.co.uk, fill in an online consultation form and they can then send you free samples of Dermologica products which are pretty good. They seem to know their stuff.
On top of that do the usual stuff to clear the skin, drink lots of water, eat lots of fresh fruit and veg, take Zinc, Vitamin B & E supplements, avoid foods with grease, fat and sugar, keep hair tied back from face, don't touch your face, change pillow cases every night.
Best of luck

You've been reading too much about reflexology and iridology and the likes haven't you?
The skin on your face is different to the skin on your body and is prone to oily patches especially in the T-zone (chin, nose, forehead). Women are more likely to get spots pre-mensturally and I'm 33 and still get a couple a month. I like the new Clean and Clear gel which reduces them within 4 hours.

IT is Hormonal my dear , don't believe anything else ...just save yourself from worry.
Till the age of 35yrs one will keep having hormonal changes and theres is not much we can do about these spots from appearing. They can only be treated to disappear soon..
Take Care

Hormonal mostly. Also try to cleanse your skin well, wash a lot with antibacterial soap.
