He's been telling me that he loves me and i fanilly confessed that i also love him. But he says he can't go out with me becuase his first priority is his studies in college.

yups,n if you really love him, you should respect his decision of putting his studies as the first priority.. being in a relationship, is about compromising and if you are willing to wait for him till he finish his studies, im sure he will feel very touched by that action..

he may just be smart enough to know what is important. Then again he may just be keeping you on the line for when he needs something.
Don't get too attached at this time and spend time with others.
probably lust instead of love.

I think just give him some more times to prove his love toward you. Don't give him pressure. If he loves you then for sure he will tell you by some action. So just be patient. I'm sure you will get to know the answer very soon. Good luck. :)

Move on. When he is done studying you can handle him then.
