A good question but a hard question to answer! If one blogs with an opinion....if one accuses and has reasonable proof.than its freedom of speech .. but if one intentionally gives false information( this is common on the political arena )than its illegal

I'm not sure what you can do legally, it's freedom of speech.
But be thankful you offend someone so much they are willing to commit their life to following your most inane actions. I'd say taunt the sh#t out of them. Make them feel like the three year olds they are.

Hmmmm, lets see, you mean like, that someone is looking in my window right now?
I'd have him or her arrested for violating the law of gravity.
I'm three floors up from the ground.

Let them write. Everyone has an opinion, and if they wish to express it so be it. Now if the "intent" of their verbal diarrhea is to injure "you" in some way then of course pursue legal actions [ e.g. harassment, personal injury, etc]

Yeah you know it sucks when someone watches you like that. I say you kill them. Honestly I wish someone would actually read my blogs.
