Here is the official Canadian Immigration Website:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/
To immigrate to Canada, it helps to have family in Canada who can sponsor you, or a job lined up with an employer that can sponsor you. Education, professional licenses, skilled labour experience, financial resources, family in Canada, all help count towards the "point system" Canada uses for Immigration.
You can find all the information, application forms, fee information, and instructions at the website linked above.

I am in the midst of bringing my wife to Canada. Its been a difficult process. First you must have a sponsor, either that or proof of a job and/or money that you would be bringing into the country. Then you have the paperwork, all of it can be found on the Canadian government webpage. It includes a health check, photos, and a stack of personal questions (you can hire people to do this work as well). Then send it all to Canada (somewhere is Missisauga (spelling), i forget where) and thats the short form.

First hint. Most countries would like to think that people who may come and live in their country are reasonably well-educated.
So try learning to spell immigration before trying to convince Canada that they may benefit in some way from granting you entry to their beautiful country.
