I'm not sure what you mean by "help". Do you mean you need help looking for school? Do you mean you need help relocating? Do you mean you need help adjusting to the local custom?

Depending where you wanna go, most schools that accept international offers do have helps for international students. What you need to do it to pick the school/city you wanna go. Research the school for their programs. With google, you can find a lot of info.

You might have to take exams for language proficiency. If you wanna go to USA, you must take TOEFL with exceptions of a few countries. If you go to China, you must take HSK test. If you wanna go to Japan, you have to take JLPT unless you're going to English language schools like Sofia University.

The deal is that you have to find the school that you want to go and see what their requirement is. They will give you a list of things you have to do. Doctor's letter, insurance, proof of financial abilities, language proficiency, academic achievement...

If you mean you wanna get help with getting accustom to the local. Depending on the country, you can usually find housing arrangement called "home-stay", which you stay with a local family. They will take you in like a family member, offer you place to stay, meals, and help you around. It's also a great way to learn the language.

If you wish to study in Canada you need a student visa....and to get one of these you need to have a letter of acceptance from a college or university ... and a sponsor (someone who is willing to be responsible for you while you are here). There are a few other things you need as well....a certificate of health...a letter saying you have no criminal record...a letter indicating you have sufficient funds for living expenses and tuition fees...but the first two are the most important.
