consult a GP/personal trainor and do it the proper safe way, but first of all ask if this is too much for your weight/height. If you want your body to work with you on this be good to it. Also try to use a program that is maintainable. What's the point in loosing that much weight if you cannot maintain the method.

ummm. Well I'm not totally sure you can. I haven't add much more up (except how many pounds it is) but eat really healthy and exercise every day would probably be the best chance for it. 5 small meals a day and keep yourself moving to keep your metabolism up. drink lots of ice water.
