If diesel run for longer is it better for the enviroment than dieselfree fuel? I know some people will give snotty answers like "walk or use you bike" but try and take this question seriusly.
Also sorry for my spelling, Im not for Uk....okay

Bio-diesel which is made from used veg oil.

It really depends on what you're using the diesel engine for. In a regular car diesel is more fuel efficient, but much worse for the environment. But in a large engine, like a semi-truck a unleaded gasoline engine is far less fuel efficient and would pollute more because it would use an insane amount of fuel.

Diesel (bio or fossil) produces more particulates responsible for ill health (UK cheif scientific advisor puts the number deaths in 10's tousands) than petrol.

Having no internal combustion engine is far better, better driving experience, quieter, smell free, smoother, fewer moving parts , less maintenance, cheaper, more convenient - refuel at home or work, no warm-up period...
