"Rin" means also and "sa" means to. "Iyo" means you. Therefore, this phrase may mean "also to you". For example, if you say, "Happy weekend!" to someone. Then that person says, "Happy weekend rin sa iyo." This means that that person is saying "happy weekend" to you also. Again if you say, "Merry Christmas!" to someone and that person says,"Merry Christmas rin sa iyo." This means that the person is also wishing you a Merry Christmas.

EXample:
Your friend: "Magandang umaga (sa iyo) Joe!"
