Yep, I certainly do, the terrible grief of watching my dad die........ I was holding his hand and telling him to please stay and even though he'd apparently already died tears started sliding down his cheeks......... I do want that memory to be less painfull but I don't think it ever will.............. not something so close to your precious heart........... you have hold on tightly to the precious memories no matter how much it hurts. Don't be afraid to be convulsed with emotion, jus let it happen. Time will come when you'll gloss over the details a bit quicker but such memories are a part of the fibre that is you ......................... PEACE
......... :0)

Well honey you have to deal with whatever happened in your past or present so that you can move on. Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, and today is the present that is why they call it a gift. Write your feelings about it on paper, read and re-read it over and over until you understand it then put it aside. Writing your feelings down can help solidify them then you can deal with it and put the past where it belongs in the past. Good luck and God bless and put angels on your pillows.

unfortunately i have some but is better to get rid of such memories because they are consuming a lot of psihic energy which you could use in other useful things
so try to forget them...and concentrate on possitive ones

Many of us have memories that powerful. However you are letting them take over your life. Don't let your past determine your future. You may have to get professional help to get over this. Please don't let any bad memories ruin the rest of your life.
Good luck to you.
