Meditation shift us from tensed area to the calm area that relaxes our mind. But as far as i concerned, sex also does the same. Therefore, will it be unethcal calling the sex meditation?

There are many who feel that it is. Tantra is sex used in metaphysical. I don't know much about it but those that practice blend spirituality with their sexual experiances.

Interesting question. I can't answer for anyone else, but I know I feel more relaxed after the deed. Unfortunately, if sex does not happen, my mood does not improve...

There are even classes in it... look up tantra or tantric sex.
