ok, since a kid my teeth have always been slightly discoloured. Like slightly yellowish, i brush my teeth 3 times a day, what can i do to make them whiter?

haha na can't use fake tan i'm affraid! well can but choose not to! great idea though!

You can try Crest Whitestrips. I tried them at my dentist's recommendation. They worked great, but I was in total agony. My teeth are fairly sensitive to start with and I went ahead and used them and my teeth were so sore for weeks afterward. Again, they did work though. After I explained this to my dentist he said that I could have stretched out the treatment by just doing it once daily or something like that and it wouldn't have been so painful at a lower use. Lately though, I've been use Listerine Whitening Pre-Brush Rinse. I like it a lot better. It uses peroxide just like the Crest Whitestrips, but it's a lower dose and all you do is rinse your teeth with it for one minute before you brush them. I think it works great and I haven't had any negative side effects. I've been using it for about a year. Good luck!! :)

If you don't want to bleach your teeth you can mix up a paste of bicarb. soda and water and brush away, this is a mild abrasive to remove surface staining ie. coffee but if the staining is internal it won't help. Rubbing a fresh strawberry over the front of your teeth is another thing I have heard of. Also wearing red lipstick will make your teeth look whiter

You could pay a small fortune to have them proffessionaly whitened. However most people do have slightly yellow teeth - you could use some fake tan to make them appear whiter lol

Well you can use Crest's Whitestrips. They make your teeth pearly white!! Or get them cleaned weekly by the dentist.
