and i wasn't eating good but i just ate like 3-4 bowls of kelloggs cereal and bread with a microw waved egg....do you think it will make me heavier weight? i needed to gain pounds and i forced myself to eat because i don't want to end up in the hospital plus my period is late and i don't know why.

you have an eating disorder. you need to tell your doctor that you are having problems eating healthy. your doctor wont put you in the hospital unless you are having heart problems or your electrolytes are out of balance. and if that is the case.. your life is in danger.

If gaining weight is you goal then go for higher intake. The only thing I eat is dry breakfast cereal and fruit. I haven't had my "time of the month" for over 3 years. I was diagnosed with Anorexia nervosa last year. I thought I was ready to enter recovery and I started gaining weight recently. I feel horrible.
Go to the doctor's if you're concerned. I hate facing them personally but I think it's better than finding yourself stuck alone 3 years later.

Eating the night before may add a few pounds when the doctor weighs you, but if are underweight, it will not be enough.

If you are not eating enough you need to work with your doctor. He/she will not have you gain too much weight. Don't worry, you will not be fat.

If you are underweight that is probably why your period is late.

Work with the doctor and you probably won't be put in the hospital.

Are you conserned that you have an eating disorter? If you do then that could explaine the loss of period.

Binging on food tonight to weigh more tomorrow isnt going to effect your weight. you might add 2 lbs max. But if your 20lbs underweight this isnt gonna help you for tomorrow.

If you dont have an eating disorter then go to the doc and find out whats wrong with you.

If your young sometimes periods are eregular. Good luck.

Try putting weights in your pockets, they don't weigh you naked. Wear baggy clothes, and put either a heavy change purse, little weights, or whatever to weigh you down. You don't want to go to the hospital. It's not fun.
