Yes, we can. Quick Story - My older brother is in the Army and for a promotion that he is soon to get, he has to take an exam. One of the questions asks about the 4 necessities for survival. One of the 4 is religion/spirituality. He is struggling with that because he is atheist and he doesn't at all believe that survival requires that. I agree with him. My cat doesn't have religion or spirituality and she seems to be surviving just fine.

I read The Disappearance of the Universe in 2006 and couldn t sleep that night. It suggested that God wasn t the Creator of the Universe but God s creation, his Son had a tiny mad idea to create something without God s help. We re apparently not here in this reality but have been in Heaven the whole time with God as his Son or a collective Oneness. Imagine God being a world made up of water and each of us are the drops of water that make up God. God s existence would not survive without us as we could not live on our own, making another world made up of one droplet, as many believe: atheists, agnostics, non-believers. The form of this Universe is an illusion and we re indoctrinated at an early age by parents, religions and society to believe this world is real due to our five senses. If you re part of the majority of believers, you are told the Universe was created by God (reference: Holy books). Quantum theory postulates that there are other parallel universes with each of us living in those universes. There s also a non-local universe that affects this reality. It might be where God exists without form but as pure Spirit. A lot of these beliefs are a merging of two belief systems: christianity and science. Science may one day prove God doesn t exist in this world since it was created as an illusion and God s perfection can not create an illusionary world. Since we re already in heaven, we have nothing to fear because an illusion can not kill God s creation, us or the Sonship. If you re interested in further understanding, you can read Disappearance of the Universe and A Course In Miracles. Or you can message me and we can discuss this further.

We can not survive without prayer as prayer gives us eternal realisation as well as peace of mind is kept up for the prayer .those who does not believe god can not find affection towards him so, love affection comes from believe .all these comes from prayer. the man who do not have these two things is the poorest among all and moves wandering aimless. so, survival with god and believe towards him is inevitable.

God can not distroy us since we are as eternal as the God Himself. Therefore we need not worry!
Our believing or disbelieving can not alter the truth. As we are engaged in finding the (true) happiness since eternity, we automatically are believers. That is to say that by nature we are believers but our arrogance and ignorance puts us all in the list of non believers. So by simply following a particular religion does not make us a nice person. Similarly a person claiming to be a non believer, does not become that, as it is impossible.

Of course we can. Faith does not exist however, co-incidence does. Praying for something is not going to make it magically appear. One has to work hard to achieve a goal because no super-natural being is going to rush to your aid.
Then again, if prayer does help you in whatever psychological manner, then by all means go ahead. The mind is an amazing thing. Personally, I think prayer is, in many ways a manner in which we re-affirm our ambitions and it allows us to work harder to achieve them, though it may seem that there might be a level of divine intervention, I think it's all in the head

Sure you can survive, if that's enough for you. My goal is to be several levels above survival, to a joyful, growing, overcoming, difference-making, abundant life. I have found that constant prayer and communion with God is essential to achieving this.

Yes we can, because Jeff Weise, at Red Lake High School in Minnesota, shot a school teacher three times in the head because she was praying right in front of him. He then went over to a student and asked if he believed in God. The student answered no and he spared him. Religion is in a person's head, and Jeff blew hers off. Chew on that, you delusional Christians.

We can survive, but the survival will be that of an animal. We need not only believe god but also have faith in him.

A resounding YES. We do not need religion to have moral codes. We have done so in the past and we are still doing it. And we will keep on doing it. Some times I feel like we are still in the dark ages fraught with superstition and demonology. Creationists, astrologers, thousands of religions, ghosts, souls, and a whole bunch of non physical beings all vaying for my undying and blind faith.
