Dry wit humor would be the kind of humor where your not all together sure they're joking. A "joke" for instance completely negates the dry version of it. Dry typically actually refers to the reception of the joke with the humor part referring to the reception of said joke being funny. For instance there's an old show "The Bob Newhart Show" that used to run on TV then nick at night and so forth. Hard to find now but it's a perfect example of what your looking for.

hmmmmmmm ok . But after that i should know that u laugh.
Once an fool went to a restaurant, ate well & approached a washbasin to wash his hands. And surprisingly after washing his hands he started washing the washbasin too.One observer asked him why r u washing washbasin. Then he replied that "washbasin" board is kept here to wash the basin.
Another. Once a romeo on street dashed a gal on her way. Then:
gal: Blind eyes idiot. Can't see?
romeo: Whose eyes? Ur's or mine.
gal: your eyes idiot
romeo: How can i see my own eyes?
