Indian Institute of Technology , Roorkee.
Its location is at a very good place where envoronmental pollution is least. That is away from big city's hussle bussle and students mind is fully concentrated on studies and research. Outputwise its performance is far superior to all other IITs( development versus money spent ).

There is no one biger than the IIT (Indian Institute of Technology)
rank is as follows
IIT KANPUR
IIT BOMBAY
IIT DELHI
IIT ROORKEE
IIT KHARAGPUR
IIT CHENNAI
IIT GUWAHATI
BUT ARE U THE BEST TO GET AN ADMISSION THERE..BECAUSE "IIT" MEANS THE BIGGEST BRAINS IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE.......... GETTING INTO AN "IIT" IS 10000 TIMES TOUGHER THAN GEETING INTO "MIT" OR ANY OTHER INSTITUTE ..INFACT GUYS REJECTED IN "IIT" HAVE SECURED SCHOLARSHIPS IN CAMBRIDGE , MIT AND STANFORD...THIS SPEAKS OF THE LEVEL OF INTELLIGENCE IN "IIT."....cheers
