i use winmx had no problems.

Used to use Shareaza, think it's spyware free but to many bogus downloads (people lie about files so when you have downloaded you find it's something completely different from what it says). Now use a Bit Torrent client called utorrent. Bit Torrent has lots of clients so it's a case of trying them and seeing what's best for you. Very good for up to date stuff on most things. If you are after albums then soulseek is great, and you can get a lot of older albums. Ares is pretty good for some stuff but the newer stuff is usually put on Bit Torrent sites. Try Torrent Spy as they people normally write comments on whether download is any good.

Most of them come with spyware so be sure to clear your cache. I use limewire which has been great so far. I did use winmx a while back and its was also ok - however it did get closed down - maybe up and running again?

Limewire or Winmx are the two best as far as downloading and less spyware.

I've used Shareaza, it's quite good for downloading music files, but Ares p2p is better:

ive tried them all but the best 1 i have found is ares its free easy to use and no viruses give it a go you will not be dissapointed

Use a trrent like bitcomet, and a torrent site
