You can plant the stem, the sprout, and ... the seed. You know they actually spray/dip each flower with gibberellin hormone to make the resulting grapes seedless. So, it's not like there's a seedless grape plant in the first place. If you don't spray one flower with the hormone, the resultant grape will still be normal grape / not seedless one.

Seeded grapes. The seedless is cloned and they are cut and put on the rootstocks of seeded grapes. I think there is another method of making seedless grape, but I'm not sure.
