I live in the UK, and im 26. Where can i get free confidential help? is there any free centers i can go to i live in Leeds. At first i thought it was because of my boyfriend as he drinks a lot too. But i have been drinking when he is not there, sat on my own getting drunk. Im desperate for help i dont want to do this anymore.

Go to A.A. meetings try 4 - 6 meetings different locations have different make-up of individuals.
try it for 6 weeks, go to lot's of meetings and good luck.

In my personal experience, I began to live my life for Jesus Christ and He gave me the strength to quit drinking, doing drugs and smoking cigarettes, along with several other bad habits. If you are willing to give your life to Christ He can truely help you to overcome this battle with alcohol

Look into getting Antabuse. It's basically a pill you take that will make you feel very sick if you drink any alcohol.
