Every times when i press ctrl+alt+del keys a message saying "Task manager is blocked by your administrator "comes.But I am the administrator & I don't know how to reset the task manager in my computer?How can I do that?

Run gpedit.msc to open the Group Policy and change your settings.

if u r not a member of any domain .logon ur computer with any standard user or any administraotor thenm follow this procedure
go to start
run> type Regedit and hit enter when a window open go there >
Hive: HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Key: Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
Name: DisableTaskMgr
Type: REG_DWORD
Value: 1=Enablethis key, that is DISABLE TaskManager
Value: 0=Disablethis key, that is Don't Disable, Enable TaskManager

there might be anti virus problem. try kaspersky and scan ur computer. if not then reinstall the XP.
