You need more veggies with fruit.
Seems like you're eating too much fiber. All the oats, milk, whey, flax seeds, three times per day. AND 12 slices of bread a day.
Fish and chicken are much better for you that all that steak. Steak would be better maybe twice a week; it is so heavy.
Do you take any vitamins or supplements?
Most things in moderation are fine. Too much of some things are not good. More is not always better. Take care.

You sound like a very conscious young man and that is very good. More people should care about what goes into their bodies. Just don't over do some things and neglect others. It wouldn't hurt to ask your doctor just in case something important is missing.

Three times too many calories unless you exercise like crazy-too much fat-not enough fruits and veggies.

Wow this seems like a lot of food. You should add in more fruit and veges and cut back on everything and have more variety

What do you mean by balanced? It doesn't look like much fun.
