Change the BIOS battery on your motherboard.

Like the first person said, It is the battery on your motherboard which keeps the date, time updated when you PC does not get any power.

But If you have a laptop, you better let somebody exchange it for you.... depending on which brand you have it can be tricky to change if you are a novice in laptop.

In case you have a desktop model, you can give it a go.... open the case and look for something like miniature battery and exchange it.
