recipe is

Couple of actual drinkable beer recipes
1. Beer + a shot of Cointreau = Slightly sweet beer with hints of orange
2. Beer + a shot of Tequila = Submarine. A potent drink meant to knock one out fast. Just drop the shot into a half filled glass of beer and chug!
3. Beer + a shot of whiskey = Tornado. Similar to Submarine. Carefully place shooter into half beer filled glass. Spin the glass to create a tornado effect in the liquid. Drink before the spiral disappears!

Definately the beer up the chickens butt recipe - its fantastic, you can even buy holders for the can to go inside and you put loads of herbs and garlic, etc in the beer then pop the chicken on top, whilst it cooks its constantly bubbling up inside the chicken - great on the barbecue!

Here's one I came up with a few years back. I like it:
Fry some onions and mushrooms in an electric frypan - say one large onion and about 2 medium handfuls of mushrooms. Remove. Fry some lamb chops (pretty much cook em) - equivalent to about half a dozen middle loin. Remove. Throw in about 200-300ml of strong, dark Ale (say a good Scotch Ale or maybe a Fullers 1845), half a cup of chicken stock, tablespoon Worcester, tablespoon bbq sauce, teaspoon black bean sauce, the onions and mushrooms, and a pinch of fresh ground chili to taste. Reduce maybe 15 mins. Whack the chops back in and simmer in the sauce for maybe 20 mins. Serve, with all the sauce.
