I am sick a lot. I don't feel like doing my homework very often. When I do feel well enough to do it, I grab on to that opportunity, no matter when it happens to be. And it turns out it's sometimes at a very inconvenient time, like at 4 o'clock in the morning! My mom says I should just go to bed. But I don't know if I'll feel like studying later. I don't know when I will feel well again. So I have to take the opportunities as they come.

I have a liver problem, and it's causing abdominal pains. And I'm sluggish and tired, and get lots of headaches - and I can't take headache medicine because of the liver problem.

wow Heron i didnt realise you were still at school ( you seem so mature )
anyway babe ....
please get a check with your doctor unless it is normal " woman stuff "
if you are sick , then of course that would affect your sleep and concentration
this can happen also with that woman stuff
but get yourself a check up and make sure you are ok
there may be something simple that is causing this but can be easily fixed
you shouldnt be feeling like this without getting help xx

You're just growing up or you could have ADHD or depression! I have the same problems sometime! Nearly everyone does, there's hardly anything to solve this, well there is but it takes time. You could get on a schedule and do your homework regardless of what time it is or adjust to the start schedule you body has made for you. Just make sure you do your home regardless of what time it is. You seem like a really smart and confident girl, infact you remind me of myself, (we're probably close to the same age!) I just home you don't make the same mistake I did and drop out of school!

You could get your doctor to piscribe you some medication or as I suggested start scheduling out your days. I hope that you do over come this in anyway that you do, you could even out grow this. You could even get a "study group" with a few of your friends so that doing your home work would be easier and a lot more fun!

*best of luck*

You don't say how old you are, but I will assume you're at least a teenager. At this age your hormones are in open revolt, and you will feel highs and lows on occasion. And what do you mean by "sick?" As in nausea, or just feeling tired?
You should ask your parents to take you to your family doctor. What you have could just be the hormonal imbalances of puberty, but it could be something else. You should at least have some blood work done and a checkup. Good luck.

You have not given your age. But I assume you are at your teens. Even for school goings one following practice will help you a lot which is called "anapana"

When ever you are uneasy and alone. Sit comfortably and close your eyes and keep watch on your breathing as it comes in and goes out. Just keep on watching till you feel sleepy at night and also do it in the morning till you are calm. This will help you a lot

If you are feeling anxious, low, listless etc you may be suffering from depression, and if this is the case I suggest that you seek help from a professional. On the other hand if you just don't feel like doing you're homework you are probably just lazy.
