My computer has a program called "Confidence Online Enterprise Edition" on it. What is this? Can I delete it?

Confidence Online Enterprise Edition.. size: 23,630.00 MB. I have no idea what it is, and if possible, I'd like to get rid of it.

It's an anti-spyware software. If you don't use it, you can uninstall it, yes.

Try add/remove programs (in Control Panel) to delete it.
