It's 4:00 a.m. (obviously). I have an interview at 9:30 a.m. Is there a point for me to go to sleep? I am scared if I go to sleep now, I might not get up.

yeah, you better stay up. Cause you'll end up missing your appointment. No matter how loud your alarm is. I've made that mistake once or twice. Drink some cofffee. Take some No Doze, or whatever it's called.

if you are a heavy sleeper than take in some coffee and different forms on caffiene but no too much... it can cause mental block out. but if you are a light sleeper well you should sleep in that way you can at least get some rest and somehow be a little bit active in your interview.... if you decide not to sleep... be sure to take a bath with warm water to relax your body....

you should at least get some sleep or tomorrow you will not have any energy or concentration on your interview.
