They are very nice - slightly mealier than a white potato. They look beautiful in potato salad - and the colour doesn't run.

Well, myself and a friend spiked my families potato with blue food dye if that counts.

Mmmmm lovely grub. My local organic veg shop sells them. Nice as potato salad.

there are hudreds of varieties
the blue ones are small and oblong in shape
and i like the taste

They taste exactly like regular potatoes.
I like to use them in a dish with the skin on and sliced for appearance.
