The first (bigger and stronger) has a great opportunity to impress the other guy by saying:
"NO THANK YOU!"
I do not know what the sensei's teach in India, but most students in the rest of the world are taught not to fight outside of the dojo.
The one who refuses to fight will impress the other by demonstrating that he has learned his martial arts lessons better than the other.

12 year old with two black belts? Black belts would know how to handle this situation and not seek help. Must be paying high fees to get promoted. Join a real martial art and learn the art of self defense.

A fight is a willing physical clash of two or more egos.
If you are training then have fun and respect each other but only train under the supervision of an adult, if you are both martial artists and fighting to solve a problem then you have learned nothing from your training.

I will not answer anymore of your scenarios. go and train for gods sake. you will learn nothing here, as even when you get answers, you continue to write more questions. you can never ask all the questions, and you will never be able to remember all teh answers anyway.
experience is the only cure for curiosity and doubt.
p.s: only you (and some others that arent old enough yet) believe your stats anyway. black belt in www-do, and certified internet warrior. I bet you are 20.

agreed with mommy's answer, it is not a matter of size or power, it is just a matter of knowing how to properly defend yourself and having a good offense that you can out-match the other person with.
although since they are both in judo and karate it just depends on what rank black belt they are because one may know more advanced maneuvers to out-smart his opponent with since they are in a higher ranking belt.
chances are that people who take karate or any form of martial arts will win because they are trained in different ways to out-smart their opponent no mater what the size is.

Get off the internet and do your homework. Come back with a real question. Besides, with a 4 inch bicep I think my 4 month old can kick your @ss.

I't dosent matter what size you are it is mainly about outwhiting the other person, by doing so you can control his moves, and overpower him.
