The Air Force motto is "Integrity, Service, Excellence." I retired from the Air Force as a civilian, but I can't think of anything that would equate to either "semper fi" or "hooah." (However, I spent most of my time at a logistics base that had a low military population--that is, most of the workforce is composed of civilians.)

Each squadron usually does their own thing. I am married to an Airman, and to my knowledge they dont call each other Roger, unless of course their name IS Roger.
