I've seen the informertials and was wanted real feedback from people. It seems as if it does work it would give you long/lean muscles like a dancer- and I miss that look. But it's so expensive that I don't want to buy something that doesn't really work.
Thank you in advance for your thoughts!

Any exercise program, like Pilates, or yoga, will give you results once you stick to it

I haven't seen this commercial before, but personally I don't agree with any of those commercials on TV promising that "lean" body with minimal effort, or whatever alone those lines. These people who promote the product would have been most likely fit before this, and are just being paid to advertise their product.

Nothing beats the traditional way, healthy eating + cardio training + resistance/weight training. No need to go on a special diet which most people cannot sustain for long periods. A healthy eating involves being able to sustain it for the longer term, which is somewhat more practical.

I have provided the following article for you to read. Happy reading!

Oh ya !!! I have the winsor Pilate's and i love it. I combine it with a cardio and strength training exercise and I'm more toned and flexible then before. I would definitely recommend it.
