mom and babies are all doing great, but i noticed some little bumps on the head of one today. any thoughts? the mom is a blue and all the puppies are also blue. i am familiar with alopecia that can affect blues, but do not think it can occur this early. thanks.

I wouldn't worry about the bumps, but would make every effort to keep the bedding very clean, changing two or three times per day as needed..Urine in the bedding will cause bumps, on some puppies more than others.

You can expect that the pups will go through a scruffy patchy shedding period at about 5-6 months old..You should warn all that buy them that it is a frequent happening with the Maltese factor, but as the adult coat comes in, the scruffiness disappears..

I actually have a Jack Russell Terrier who had domestic canines very almost 6 weeks in the past. I tremendously lots feed the domestic canines despite they'll consume in simple terms to supply mom some relief. they actually like the moist food I supply them, and they additionally attempt to consume the dry food regardless of the undeniable fact that it quite is frequently too puzzling for them. i could attempt a extra useful canned food then Pedigree. pass on your community puppy keep (i % to advise Petsmart) and get some canned moist food. the persons there reported technology weight-help plan by using fact it quite is waaaaaay extra useful to your canines.
